      Flat rate shipping fees
      We charge $10 for orders under $100 in metropolitan Melbourne postcodes of 3000-3207, 8000-8399 and a flat rate $15 shipping fee for orders under $100 outside these postcodes across Australia.

      We offer either free local pickup from Brighton, VIC or Melbourne metropolitan delivery for items in the Melbourne delivery only which tend to be fragile, perishable, oversize or heavy.

      Residential address fees for large packages
      If we cannot send your package via Australia Post because it is too heavy and/or too large, we now have to use on-charge our courier service for residential deliveries which is a $125 cost price which must be added to your order - please note, we do not make any money on this fee.

      We have several options available for you to avoid paying this $125 fee. Please see our Residential address fee for large packages page for more details.

      Additional shipping fees may apply for:

      • Multiple, bulky, or heavy purchases (note: if you order items in bulk, it will cost less in shipping if we can deliver them packaged on pallets to your warehouse for you to unload via forklift) to interstate addresses
      • Outsized packages which cannot be sent via Australia Post and which are in remote, rural or regional locations
      • Urgent deliveries

      We have determined the typical delivery times with our suppliers for all purchases and list them at the top and bottom of the product description.

      If you need a particular item sooner than the expected delivery date, we will need to get you a quote on urgent delivery.

      Please note it is your responsibility as part of our terms and conditions that you open and check your purchases for any damage or error within 48 hours of receipt.

      See when your orders are due to arrive before you buy them
      Each product will show a dynamic (approximate) date in bold above the Add to Cart button that you can expect your order to be delivered. 

      For example, if you look at the product page on 2 January 2024 and it said the estimated date of delivery was "12 January 2024", if you checked the next day (on 3 January 2024), the delivery date would automatically update to say "13 January 2024".
